Care Medical Billing & Management Services ("CareMedBill," "we," "us," or "our") provides revenue cycle management and medical billing services to healthcare practices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit caremedbill.com (the "Site") or submit information to us through the Site.

This Site is a business-to-business marketing and informational resource for healthcare providers and practice administrators. It is not a patient portal, and it is not intended for patients to submit their own medical or health information. See "Protected Health Information & HIPAA" below.

Information We Collect

When you use forms on this Site — including the Free Practice Revenue Audit request, the appointment booking flow, the Get In Touch form, or the CCM/RPM/PCM strategy-call form — we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your practice specialty and, where provided, notes about your billing needs
  • Your zip code or practice address, if requested by a specific form
  • Any additional information you choose to include in a message or notes field

We also automatically collect standard technical information when you browse the Site — such as pages visited, general device and browser type, and referring source — through analytics tools described below. We do not require account creation to browse the Site.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and follow up on audit or strategy-call requests
  • To evaluate whether our billing, credentialing, or care-management services are a fit for your practice
  • To send information you've requested about our services
  • To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
  • To meet legal, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations

We do not sell the personal information we collect through this Site, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Cookies & Analytics

This Site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor traffic and improve site performance. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect standard log information and visitor behavior in an anonymized or pseudonymized form. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings to block third-party cookies.

Protected Health Information & HIPAA

CareMedBill provides medical billing and revenue cycle management services to healthcare providers. In that capacity, we may act as a HIPAA Business Associate to our contracted provider clients, under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each client that governs how Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled, secured, and disclosed in accordance with the HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules.

This website is a marketing and informational resource, not a secure patient communication channel. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, insurance ID numbers, diagnosis codes, treatment details, or other PHI through the general contact, audit-request, or booking forms on this Site. If you are a current patient of one of our client practices with a billing question, please contact that practice directly.

Data Retention & Security

We retain information submitted through this Site for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We maintain administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information submitted to us from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss; no method of transmission or storage, however, is 100% secure.

Your Choices & Rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information you've submitted, by contacting us using the details below. If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give you additional rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing — contact us to make a request and we will respond within the time required by law.

Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for healthcare practice administrators and providers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
